Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty born October 1st of 1995 in Berkeley California. She is an actress of renown who has appeared on Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006,) and Chrissie mayr's Content House.

Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a filmmaker and an actor family. She pursued both professions her own. Sogni e bisogni, directed by Sergio Citti and starring Asia Argento when she was nine was her first film. In 1988, she portrayed the lead role in Cristina Comencini's first movie Zoo (1988) in addition to well as being part of Michele Soavi's ensemble on The Church (1989). Red Wood Pigeon, directed also by Moretti in 1989, was her part in the role of Nanni Moretti's little daughter. Close Friends (written and directed by Michele Placido) was when Asia's acting career started to blossom. She played roles that ranged from being very young and then becoming mature. The film was well-received at the Cannes International Film Festival. Trauma (1996) and The Stendhal Sydrome (1996) are others she's collaborated on with her renowned father. The Phantom of the Opera is her third film alongside her dad. The others are Trauma as well as The Stendhal Syndrome. Giuseppe Piccioni's Condannato a Nozze showed Asia's absorption way in playing. The year 1993 saw her played Arianna in Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di vista. It was a character in which she was so intricate that she earned the David di Donatello award as the most outstanding actress. Patrice Chereau directed Queen Margot. The actress had an international role. The collaboration she had with Michel Piccoli, in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion won her yet another award, this time the David di Donatello as well as Grolla di Oro. In 1994 Asia began the art of directing, and produced two film shorts: Prospettive in 1996, she made a documentary of her father. In 1998, a film about the cult director Abel Ferrara, Abel/Asia (1998) and won an award at the Rome Film Festival. Asia produced her first feature film Scarlet Diva (2000). It was a collaborative effort between Asia and screenwriter/actor Linda McCartney. The movie was released worldwide in May 2000. The film was given a special prize at the Williamsburg Film Festival in Brooklyn. Anna Lou, the first of two daughters she has was born in the month of January in 2001. She was in 2002 on the screen as The Red Siren by Olivier Megaton alongside Jean-Marc Bar as well as the action-packed film directed by Rob Cohen, with Vin Diesel. Asia has also written several short stories which were published in a variety of magazines.
